Bev.

First may I say that your message reached me twice. Looks like we still have
the same problem.

Secondly, It was about 2 years ago that I used one of these magnetic
devices. We used it in the supply to a 'town' water rinse in our semi
aqueous water plant. It was bought from a large electronic supplies company
(one with lots of different coloured catalogues and the blurb (information
supplied with the device) claimed what I said in my e-mail.

If I have been duped then so have a hell lot more people. As I mentioned
previously it didn't work very well, but we were sure that it made an
improvement (but maybe we wanted it to that much).

Anyone else seen this device in the coloured catalogues (friends in the UK
will definitely know who I am talking about).

And I think this is relevant to electronics as we seem to be using water
more and more in the electronic manufacturing process (water wash, water
based fluxes, water based solder????? (reference to the impending European
legislation))
