Can someone provide me some information on buried capacitance material.
Specifically I am interested in double sided .002 core 1/1 Zycon ZBC-2000
material. This material has been specified on a drawing and I need to know the
following information.
1. Is it available to any PCB shop?
2. Where do you get it?
3. What is the lead time? ( special materials many times take a while to get)
4. Is there any special processing required? Specifically in the de-smear/
etchback
process and drilling.
Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.
