Mound Flex Circuits Corp. closed on March 13, 1998. We had just
qualified the roll to roll facility to produce fine line dynamic
circuits for Seagate, and were allocated 100K/wk production, when our
Asian financial backers pulled the plug. So......

There's a state of the art, roll to roll flex, manufacturing facility in
the Mound Advanced Technology Center, Miamisburg, OH waiting for someone
to take advantage of this opportunity. All operations are contained in a
class 1000 temperature and humidity controlled clean room facility. The
equipment was producing parts with 125-200 lines/inch at finished yields
>90% (>98% through etch) just prior to shutting down operations. Web
widths of 3.5 inches for parts with 2 mil lines, and 6 inches for parts
with 4 mil lines were in production. Typical etching speeds were 3.2-3.4
fpm for 1/2 oz copper. Other than the complete removal of all chemicals,
the equipment was left in good operating condition.
