Taiyo BN resist is formally called PSR-4000BN solder mask.  This is a
semi-gloss version of PSR-4000 LPI solder mask that is very popular with PCB
manufacturers in North America.

Typical exposure energies for PSR-4000BN are 300 - 400 millijoules /
cm-squared using a UV lamp that emits wavelengths in the 365 nm range.

Final cure is achieved by thermal bake (Typical conditions:  60 minutes @
300F).  UV bump is not necessary.  Most of the users of PSR-4000BN do not
use a UV bump.
