Pat,

I would suggest getting a demo of the Hakko hot air station (part number
852-3) and pre-heater (853-2) to see if it meets your specific requirements.
You can purchase a variety of different nozzles designed to work on specific
part types.  You should find it to be in the lower part of your price range.
