Chuck,
Regarding respresenting a circular feature in IPC-D-356 specifcation, leave
out the 'Y' dimension, this is generally accepted.
Please note that IPC-D-356 is currently under review by the IPC-D-356 Task
group and will probably be rereved to include trace data and other infomation
such as via in smt pads...
