A recent QPL-55110 list (dated 17 May 1995) shows 5 suppliers qualified for
SC, Type 3:
Advanced Quick Circuits (Melbourne, FA)
Automated Systems, Inc (Brookfield, WI)
Lockheed Martin (Ocala, FA)
North American Printed Circuits (Stafford, CT)
Spectra (Clarksburg, MD)

All of the above except Lockheed qualified with etchback.  Except for the
Lockheed-Martin location, all of the above are also IPC members (numerous
other Lockheed-Martin locations are IPC members).
