A lot depends on your fluxing application. Their recommended thinner contains a
foaming agent that they say is necessary for foam flux applications. I have
however, used both the 615-25 and the 615-15 on wave and foam fluxers using IPA
with great results. With the wave fluxer, it didn't matter, and I still got
excellent foaming using the IPA.
