About the best I've seen for a multi-layer board like that is from several
vendors in our area who say if we can get the data to them by 5:00 P.M, they
will deliver the boards first thing in the morning of the day-after-next.
This kind of streches the "24 hour" definition to the limit, since they have
that night, the next day and one more night to work on it. ... But we DO get
the boards pretty quick.
Of course, they know our work and what to expect from us. If you have a good
drill file, a non-ambiguous fab dwg, embedded apertures, and maybe even
forego the test fixture...
(and there have been many times when I've gotten the 2:00AM phone call, eh?)
Good Luck, Jack
