Russell,

In order for individual members of the IPC Designers Council to purchase 
documents directly, versus through the chapter buyer, those individuals 
must have their "Designer Dollars" in hand. These dollars will be used by 
the council members to offset the difference between the price for 
regular IPC members and non-member price.

We are still printing these "Designer Dollars" and we are setting up the 
system for processing these new type of orders. Council members, who have 
joined the Designers Council either by joining through a local chapter or 
by registering directly with the IPC, will be receiving their Designer 
Dollars shortly. We plan on having the system in place by June 1.
