Included please find a list of books and magazine article references dealing 
with PCB Design and DFM.  
     
I am posting this list at the request of those individuals who previously 
helped out and responded to my original request(s) for information.
     
A small disclaimer is in order though.  This list is coarsely broken down by 
subject (more or less), it is not in alphabetical order and in some places 
does not adhere to any particular quoting or style manual (I do not own any 
fancy bibliographical software like EndNotes), may contain some repetitions, 
some of the articles and books are dated, and it is by no means extensive nor 
complete.  Also, because the information has been culled from many different 
sources from cyberspace, the contributors are not acknowledged.  I have also 
resisted numbering the entries for ease of rearranging later.
     
If you have additions, changes, deletions, or comments, please e-mail me.  If 
enough interest is generated, this list can grow into a monthly FAQ-type of 
posting.  All contributions, contributors, and sources will be duly 
acknowledged.
