(smt, th) or grouped by logic family, perhaps even reusable schematic circuitry.
For layout and route, they include libraries of decals, footprints, form factors, proprietary
graphics.

Generally CAD libraries of the same CAD s/w don't clash,  but CAD libraries can clash if the
difference in rev among your CAD packages spans 2 different operating systems.  Call your s/w
vendor;  he's the best one to answer this question.
