QS-9000 documents may be ordered through AIAG (Automotive Industry 
Action Group) at (810) 358-3570 (have your credit card handy).  There 
are several documents, but I assume you are specifically looking for 
Quality System Requirements - QS-9000.

I'm trying to obtain a copy of the QS-9000 standard.  I've contacted 
some ISO registrars who told me they cannot distribute copies of the 
standard outside of their training classes. I've searched the internet 
and haven't yet found anyone who sells it I don't want handbooks or 
training material, just the plain-old standard!
If anyone knows who I can contact to order it, please let me know. I'm 
sure their is a simple answer, I just haven't been able to locate it.
