Don,
Sorry we don't pull anything smaller than 30 gauge, but this info might
give you a starting point.  We have a spec for crimped connections that we
have also used as a guideline for determining the strength of an ultrasonic
weld (two wires - one solid the other stranded).  At 30 gauge, the minimum
tensile test load should be 2 lbs without breaking.
