Stephen,
In our HALS equipment this is daily routine.This daily treatment takes 3
hours.
We are running also solder analysis 3 times a month with very consistent
results.Apart of daily treatment solder composition corrections are very
rare.As you mentioned,from time to time we have to add some pure tin.
