Hi Jess,
I read your message about the white residues, and just have three questions
on it:

1.) What happens during conformal coating. Is the adhesion of the lacquer
impeared due to the
     residues?

2.) What happens if some moisture comes to the coated/not coated board. Is
there some bigger
    risk by migration with the white residues?

3.) What is "EMPF", I'm from germany and  we're just customer of an
electronic manufacturer. Where could I get the
     study?
