I also use the software that Eric mentioned, PC Gerber II. There is a free
version of this program with limited data size available at their website:
http://www.ecam.com/us_home.htm
Select "Free Demo Software" at the bottom of the page. I believe this
supports Gerber editing on small data sets, but I'm not sure.
