US PCB Industry:
What board shops are engaged in aggressive R&D in the US, and what
percentage of profits are invested in R&D?

Does the board shop primarily rely on external innovations, and how does
this compare to  European (which I am aware of but would like to see the
perception offered) or Asian business philosophy?
