800-221-6316, or 408-249-8993.  He is familiar with the Bell Labs Palladium 
plating and has been in discussions with us about it's use.  If you do 
establish a list I would be interested in it also as we see Palladium as a 
solution to some storage of raw PWB issues that HASL can not accommodate.
