gold leads have been used commonly for long term storage parts.  It is
important for R&O shop to pre-tinning the aging parts in order to varify the
solderability.  It is a unusual to leave the Au on the leads... By the way,
why you have gold leads part?  Are you try to solder insertion parts (like
microprocessor used for socket)?  Are you using long term storage parts?
Otherwise, why not order the tin or solder lead finishing?
