Hi Brian,

I was thinking more about double sided reflow boards than the bare fabs, and perhaps the populated boards in the stencilling area. 
The people of DEK that gave me the information about ESD-risks of polyimide stencils are normally very knowledgeable. Don't know the number of Volts that mentioned, but it was quite a lot.
But maybe it's just a part of ESD-sillyness that strikes every now and then.......
