Good Morning Karen,
I had the same problem some years back with the cause being identified as
excessive tension on the reel tape during pullback and ESD. Both were
easily fixed with an adjustment on the feeder to lower the tension and the
placement of an air ionizer within the confines of the placement machine.
Good luck!

I just want to see if anyone has experienced parts flipping in Pocket
Carrier Tape on Pick and Place Machine and if you could help me identify
some potential root causes.
