     We are having a problem with our touch up ink holding up 
     100% at pattern plate. We are using a pen called        
     ( Action Marker Fine line 33 / Ink (  AS - Blue  701 ).  
     We are also using a pen called ( Kimoto Pake  PF ). 
     
     We have tried using the AS - Blue 701 ink from a can 
     using a probe to apply and this also does not hold up 
     100% of the time.  
     
     We have looked at thickness and hold time to dry before 
     pattern plate, yet; achieving the same results.
     
     Any recommendations would be appreciated.
