Branch Operations Manager

Primary Task:

Manage a contract Design Service Bureau branch to provide circuit board
design, related engineering services, and turnkey board-level products
for the Bay Area's high technology business community.

Responsibilities:

*       Schedule multiple design groups based on separate CAD systems.
*       Financial performance of the division:
*       Monitor all aspects of profit and loss performance, provide
analysis and recommendations for regional management.
*       Work with staff and company management to continually improve
business and technology practices for better results.
*       Administer and refine established operations, policies, and
procedures.
*       Supervise training for personnel at all levels.
*       Develop and implement service strategies for key accounts.
*       Monitor and assist overall area sales process.
*       Manage vendor and contractor business relationships.
*       Assist with design production tasks as necessary in peak
periods.

Minimum Requirements:

*       Recent group management experience in electronics or related
technology.
*       Background should include electronics design or services
experience; circuit board design experience strongly preferred.
*       Knowledge of current CAE/CAD/CAM systems(Cadence, Mentor
Graphics, PADs, and Very Best).
*       1 year of sales or customer service experience.
*       Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
*       Self-motivated, goal and team oriented individual.
*       Good "people skills" and ability to delegate.
*       Degree in Electronics, Computer Sciences, Business, or Marketing
desirable.
