Harvey ; try : http://www.bidservice.com ; if you're on budget ;
yes the 1 hour is usual (IPC-SM-785) ; unless you build to the -65+125
(MIL), that's extreme .
Standard you can get from IPC : http://www.ipc.org ;
and the fellow who wrote it is very helpful ; get the standard
(whichever you have to work to) BEFORE you'll go shopping .
Yes , if you'll get close to 10'C/min you'll be better off ; but out of
pocket , you'll have to estimate how fast will you be required to get
the results and calculate them into your program ; some drag for half a
year ; or more still .
Fast chambers are more or less made to specs ; you're right there .
You'll need a failure monitor as well : email : [log in to unmask] :
