We are currently performing HAST testing as per  JEDEC std mentioned. We are
also using  an Express Test 6000X system.  Hast has a typical acceleration
factor of 20 to 1 so 1000 Hrs of 85C/85%RH can be done in 50 Hrs.  The idea
is to use pressure to accelerate the failures.
