Sorry for such a belated reply. Since you are so far removed from us, I would be
happy to sell you a copy of Rick Hartley's workshop handbook for $50 US plus shipping
and handling.

It is at least conceivable that Rick could teach the course in England. We would need
a minimum guarantee of 20 people and an additional travel stipend. I am sure he would
love to do it!
