Have you evaluated spraying a thin, white, lpi, component mark ink?
Both Morton and Lea Ronal have inks. The savings in screening set-up
time and labor may pay for the extra cost in ink.

Subject: SILKSCREENING

we are looking to improve the quality of our silkscreen over high
copper circuits. (ie 2,3 & 4 oz finished ). We are applying an LPI product
with an Argus hvlp spray system. Im sure you guys spraying have seen the
same "skip" when you converted to a spray type system. What have you
done to compensate ?
