Chip Scale Packaging: An Emerging Technical Solution for
                        Miniturization of Electronics Systems
        Speaker: Dr Charles E. Bauer, Tech Lead Corp., Evergreen Co.

Dr. Bauers's presentation will provide an introduction to the field of 
Micro or Chip Scale Packages.  The discussion will include the benefits
and drawbacks of each package family with specific comments on selected packages.

He has 20 years expierences in the electronic
packaging and assembly Industry. His expertise is in Surface mount package developement
and design, paticularly ball grid array and chip scale packaging.  
Dr. Bauer serves as SMTA National Secretary and President of Rocky Mountian Chapter.
