recommend 65 F to 75 F for temp and 30 to 50% RH - depending on your
location, climate, size of shop this may be very expensive.  It is common to
rise above 50% rh in the Midwest in summer and below 30% rh in winter.  I'd
find robust solder paste which can handle out-of-range values before I'd
shut a line down.
