OK, Ioan,

First, i want to know if is necessary to place solder paste or flux/gel in the BGA's pad's? My Pick & Place machine (Europlacer R.250) don't place BGA's. So, is necessary to place solder paste with my screen printer?
....

I have 12 board's with BGA's. 11 pcb's with one BGA217 and another pcb with one BGA-352 and two BGA-217.

I have a bad soldering underneath. I don't have X-Ray inspection. I have the boundary scan. So my collegue in test give me the open points in the BGA. The alignment of the BGA is maked with the BGA-3000 rework machine.
Another thing, is better to solder the BGA's with convection reflow or infrared.

Thanks,

Jorge Casimiro, EID (Portugal)
Industrial Eng.
