Electrical and Electronic Diagrams," Supplimented by ANSI/IEEE Std 315A-1986,

 Hopefully you can find something a little more current but this should

Is there any national standard or IPC standard for
making electronic symbols for CAD systems and schematics ?

Also, does the IPC have or plan to have a web page on
the internet ?
