You need to know the density of the fluid first.  Try the following 
equation:

Assumptions:
* Under Stead flow Condition:
* Incompressible Flow / Non-Newtonian Character
* Uniform Cross section

Volume/time=Area(SQROOT(Pressure  x2)/Density)

You have to do some unit conversion on this one.
