The Industries FIRST-EVER Global Conference on Lead Free Reliability and
Reliability Testing for Lead Free Electronics, will be held April 10-12,
2007 at the Courtyard Boston Tremont Hotel.
We have dedicated two FULL days, April 10-11, with a concurrent track on
the second day of the technical conference, where you will hear from
leading reliability and reliability test experts such as: Dr. David
Pierce from Stanford University; Rainer Dudek, Fraunhofer Institute IZM;
Lunyu Ma, Intel Corporation; Robert Kinyanjui, Sanmina-SCI Corporation;
Isabel de Sousa, IBM Canada and Wolfgang Biben, CenPra-Centro de
Pesquisas Renato Archer.
Following the technical conference, we are offering educational courses
on April 12. Learn from technical experts like, Doug Pauls & Dave
Hillman; Dr. Jennie Hwang; Werner "Mr. Reliability" Engelmaier and Jack
McCullen. These instructors will be presenting in-depth lectures on the
lead free solder process, specifying PCBs for lead free assembly, lead
free reliability for harsh environment electronics and understanding of
the J-STD-020B and J-STD-033A documents.
