When you have a build up of salts on your plating racks, they will start
to plate up. Try using a 10-20% Sodium Hydroxide solution to remove the
salts. Also, you may want to install the tank permanantly. After you unrack
your panels, soak the racks in the solution to prevent the buildup in the
first place. Just make sure you rinse the racks VERY well so as not to cross
contaminate your pre-plate cleaning line. My buddy "Groovy" figured this one
out for me!!!
