Hello Shirley,
Citation was purchased by Sigma Circuits.  Tyco purchased the entire
Sigma group along with the Citation facility.  Citation's backpanel
and proto shop were merged into the Sigma Santa Clara division's, but
the production facility has doubled in size.
The phone number is 209-466-4000 and the GM is Jack Johnson.  The
Engineering Manager is Greg Huston.
