     At Hitachi, we've had pretty good luck with GerbTool from Wyse 
     Software (in Beaverton, Oregon).  It allows us to view Gerber and plot 
     layers.  We also use it to perform some DRC and make minor 
     modifications.

We're a contract manufacturer and our engineers are wondering if anyone 
could recommend some good software for viewing Gerber Files.  Any 
suggestions would be appreciated.
