I use the same assumption as Werner does with 0402 caps; however, I know the
small size of the 0402 diminishes the thermal expansion coefficient linearly
but the area of the cap also decreases which increases the stress by the
square of the area delta.  Is the stress truly negligible so that fillets can
be minimized?
