We used to use Nitto tapes for wafer holding application(for dicing 
operation where monolithic circuits are separated with mounting onto PVC 
adhesive layer.
Nitto is Jap product . Semiconductor equipment inc. also make similar 
products.
We always found Nitto products reliable.
