We are supporting a project that needs an obsolete part.

We are trying to locate approximately 200 of the following component.
The part is a military part procured by Raytheon.  It is a
semiconductor device (varactor diode) .  It was procured to Naval
Ordnance Systems command drawing number 3271637.  Under approved
sources of supply, the drawing only indicates Raytheon Company SMDO,
Waltham, MA.  It also lists that the part number is MS50413 Wafer
Number 18B-64 MS50413 Wafer Number 18B-89B and the application is
listed as AN/SPG-51D.
