Good Afternoon Steve,
Thank you for your reply. What we are looking for is where we can purchase a 
material to use to cover areas of our printed circuit board and stencil out 
only the area that we will be spraying with a coating material. But need to 
know if there is a material that we can use that is also accepted so we 
don't violate ESD on the  pc boards.
If you need more information, please let me know and I will send. Again
