Since you have the opportunities to work with Earl before, any chance of his photo so that he can be inducted to the Hall of Fame and be remembered.

I had the opportunity to work with him at 2 different companies.
He was a very hands on, practical guy. There was the hot plate he had
machined to use as a preheater until the hot air tools worked. He was
allways pushing to work concurrently and trying to get the system to work
ahead of the problem.  Earl had a definite way of speaking and expected
everyone to behave in an ethical manner.
