I don't know if I can help with the PC-800 output but I understand there are 
still systems in operation.  IGI would be a possible source.
Gerber currently offers scanning solutions from ScanCAD.  One of our 
customers, Photo Tool Engineering in Chelmsford, MA, provides scanning 
services.

I am looking for somebody being able to generate GERBER output from an old
