Chris: There is a parts trading system established. It's called
FastParts Exchange. According to FAstParts they provide a real-time
auction venue on the Internet where subscribers can anonymously post or
broadcast their long or short part positions by part number to all other
exchange subscribers. FastParts does not take a buy or sell position and
they liken themselves and how they operate to NASDAQ (The National
Association of Security Dealers Automated Quotation system).

They have a demonstration of the system on the Internet at:
<http://www.fastparts.com> or you can E-Mail them at
[log in to unmask] or you can call them (708) 993-5345.

FastParts is a member of the IPC.
