   We used the following company to scan phototooling and supply us with 
 a file to input into our SCICARDS system. It worked very successfully.
 However, you do realize that their output will only replicate the accuracy
 inherent to your supplied phototooling masters. I beleive that they have
 two locations where the scanning is done and we worked well with both
