I just checked a few of the wipes on the JNJ Industries website:
http://www.jnj-industries.com. The products' MSDS I checked caused skin
irritation at various levels, depending upon exposure. You probably could
clean the hardware successfully with their wipes, but I would not want to
clean my hands with this material.

I believe you looked at the wrong product on their web site. The product
that is intended to be a hand cleaner - Benchtop Electronic Hand Cleaner wipes
- says the following:

"
CFC & HCFC FREE, Fast Drying, Pleasant Odor, No Residue (Amine, Salt, &
Silicone Free), No Rinse, Spill & Splash Proof
GlobalTech® Benchtop Electronic Hand Cleaner has been laboratory certified
to be effective in the removal of lead and other toxic metals from all
surfaces including the skin. Designed to be used at the workbench or any location
where operators’ hands become soiled. Cleans hands, surfaces, fixtures and
tools without requiring the operator to leave the work area. Designed for
operators and technicians who routinely handle soldered PC boards and assemblies,
solder reflow, wave soldering, solder paste screening, tin/lead plating and hot
air solder leveling processes. GlobalTech’s hand cleaner leaves skin soft
and clean, and eliminates contaminant discharge down the drain. "

Here is the MSDS -
