did you try vapor phase soldering

Hi Technetters,

I happened to have boards with SOT649A, and I need to remove.

As this component is being soldered onto board which link to hugh ground
plane, I practically have no way to remove.

This component is easy to solder, but not for removing.

Is there anyone can advise me what can be done in order to get this SOT649A
component off the PCBA.

By the way, there is one piece of BGA on the opposite side of the PCBA.
