From your email, I'm not sure if meant reflow or wave soldering
problems. If you're looking for information on wave soldering
SOT-23s, I would recommend Klein Wassink's book, "Soldering in
Electronics", published by Electrochemical Publications Ltd.

Does any one know of any literature on the subject of SOT 23
soldering challenges. Not necessarly how to overcome but, some
information on the difficulties.
