HI Steve, I suggest you either cover it up and remark  or use some
type of mechanical abrasion.
Anything capable of chemically dissolving the ink will most likely
dissolve any other polymers in the neighbourhood as well: the board,
resists, components etc. So even if you found something that worked
you would hardly be able to use it. Most proprietary epoxy strippers
are combinations of powerful solvents and acids, or highly caustic so
in either case would require very careful and complete removal.
Incomplete removal would result in a range of problems from an
inability to re-ink, through to long term reliability issues.
