Paul,

I bought several spare "fixtures" and kept them under warranty. Alpha
replaces them "overnight" when a blowout occurs - at a rate of about one in
1000 uses (predicted based on current usage). Also, Alpha ensured us a
better/kinder bend radius and softer other edges is in the offing to reduce
failure much more. Actually, it seldom occurs and provides little down time
with spares and as chageover time is like seconds, it's not a concern.

The very consistent print quality, storage, and low foil prices, as
advantages, far outweigh the only issue in the entire system unless you
count the increased stencil/fixture weight as you'll want to provide weight
training for some operators. Come to think of it, they'll get that training
lifting the things.

Earl
